PURPOSE: A top ring for a smokeless roaster with an exhaust gas cooling structure, and an arrangement ring therefor are provided to prevent overheating by reducing the temperature of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A top ring for a smokeless roaster with an exhaust gas cooling structure comprises a pipe member(1), internal ring-shaped walls(2), a barrier ring-shaped wall(3), and multiple exhaust gas suction holes(4). The pipe member is arranged in the inner surface of an opening(9) of a table(7) and a gap of the top of an internal case(10). The internal ring-shaped walls are continuously formed from the inner surface of the pipe member to the bottom. The barrier ring-shaped wall is arranged in outside the internal ring-shaped wall. The exhaust gas suction holes are formed in the top end of the internal case.
