PURPOSE: A method for preparing non-yellowing foam is provided to improve high elasticity and high elongation, to keep a reaction speed without use of an excess of catalyst, and to ensure a molding stability of foam. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing non-yellowing foam comprises a step of making foam by reacting a resin premix with isophorone diisocyanate. The resin premix includes 100.0 parts by weight of polyol consisting of 50-90 weight% polyether polyol with an OH functional group of 3-5 and molecular weight of 3,000-9,000 and 10-50 weight% polyester polyol; 0.1-10 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, 0.1-10 parts by weight of surfactant, and 0.01~5.0 parts by weight of 1,8-diazabicycloalkene and organic tin catalyst.
