PURPOSE: A cooling system of a cooling/refrigerating vehicle is provided to cool a loading part by using the electric energy charged in a battery when a vehicle is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A rotor comprises permanent magnets which are arranged along the columnar direction with a constant interval. A plurality of three-phase windings are independently wound in a stator. A plurality of rectifiers are connected to the output terminals of the three-phase windings. The rectifiers rectifies the output voltage of the three-phase windings. A plurality of switches connects the output terminal of the three-phase windings and the rectifiers in order to apply the output voltage of three-phase windings to the rectifiers. A controller senses the number of rotation of the rotor based on the output voltage of the rectifiers. The controller selectively turns on/off the switches according to the number of rotation of the rotor.
