<p>A method and a device applied to the user terminal which can directly receive the emergency broadcast message, are provided in the present invention. After the user terminal, which can directly receive the emergency broadcast message, receives the emergency broadcast message, it analyzes the emergency broadcast message to extract the data of the emergency broadcast message, and transforms the data of the emergency broadcast message into the message format of short message or colorful message and transfers the message to the predetermined user terminal, so as to realize the transfer of the emergency broadcast message.</p> |
