<p>Provided is a propulsion control device for an electric car, which comprises an inverter (50) for converting a DC voltage into an AC voltage, an electric power storage element (60), and a DCDC converter (40) connected with the electric power storage element (60). Further comprised are a circuit switching unit (70) for selecting either an electric power fed from an external power source through a current collecting device (2) or an electric power fed from the electric power storage element (60) and for outputting the selected electric power to the inverter (50), and a linkage control unit (200) for controlling at least the DCDC converter (40) and the circuit switching unit (70) in a linking manner. In accordance with the individual cases, in which the electric car runs by receiving the electric power from the external power source and with the electric power from the electric power storage element (60), the linkage control unit (200) inputs control signals (C1 - C4) individually at least to the DCDC converter (40) and the circuit switching unit (70), and controls them in the linking manner.</p> |
