ELECTRO-STATIC PROTECTION DEVICE

PURPOSE: An electro-static protection device is provided to improve an attenuation property by reducing the height of via hole which functions as an air gap between an upper electrode and a lower electrode. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(20) is formed on the surface of an insulation ceramics base(10). An insulation layer(30) is formed on the lower electrode and includes via hoes(32). An upper electrode(40) is formed on the insulation layer and is composed of a metal foil. An external electrode is connected to the upper electrode and the lower electrode. An electro-static discharge path is formed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode to a height direction of the via-holes.
