A rear door structure including: a frame portion (17) which supports an upper edge and both lateral edges of a rear glass (5); a lateral beam (23) which extends in a vehicle width direction and connects both lateral side portions of the frame portion to each other; a reinforcing member (25) which straddles the lateral side portion of the frame portion and the lateral beam; and a driving unit (30) for a wiper device disposed in a space between the lateral side portion of the frame portion and the lateral beam, wherein: a first end side of the driving unit is fixed to a connection portion (40A) between the frame portion and the reinforcing member; and a second end side of the driving unit is fixed to a connection portion (40B) of between the reinforcing member and the lateral beam.
