The outdoor unit includes a heat exchanger in which outdoor air is heat-exchanged with a refrigerant, a fan through which the outdoor air forcedly flows, a motor for driving the fan, a motor fixing part for fixing the motor, a base pan to which the motor fixing part is coupled to a top surface thereof, and a guide part for guiding the motor fixing part such that the motor fixing part is seated in position. |
