PURPOSE: An automotive door glass holder assembly device is provided to ensure high productivity by assembling a number of holders with less manpower by steadily supporting the door glass for left or right side and then connecting a holder to the lower part of the door glass. CONSTITUTION: An automotive door glass holder assembly device comprises a case(10), a door glass supporting device(20), a holder assembly device(70), a sealant applicator(100) and a control device(200). The case has a front panel(11) and a lighting(1), wherein the front side of the front panel has a slope and the lighting is installed on the top. The door glass supporting device is installed at the front panel of the case and steadily supports a door glass(3). The holder assembly device connects a holder to the supported door glass. The sealant applicator uniformly applies sealant to the inside of the holder of the holder assembly device. The control device controls the operations of the door glass supporting device, the holder assembly device and the sealant applicator. |
