PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a foamed and bonded type insulated cooler is provided to improve productivity by omitting a component assembly process by forming a foam insulating material on a synthetic resin plate. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin plate(1) is box shape. The synthetic resin plate puts into a mold. A foaming space is formed on the outside of the synthetic resin plate. After the lower mold and the upper mold are combined, a foam insulation material(5) is formed in a foaming space by densely foaming Styrofoam.
