PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a highly concentrated amino acid liquid fertilizer, and the liquid fertilizer using thereof are provided to produce the liquid fertilizer without damaging nutrients in animal blood using enzymes, microorganisms and additives, and to prevent the generation of waste water of the animal blood. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly concentrated amino acid liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps: pulverizing animal blood; preparing a highly concentrated amino acid resolvent by fermenting the pulverized animal blood; and mixing the highly concentrated amino acid resolvent with a mixed solution containing nitrogen, phosphoric acid, potassium salt, copper and zinc. The step of preparing the highly concentrated-amino acid resolvent comprises the following steps: performing the natural enzymolysis of the pulverized animal blood using microorganisms; and fermenting the animal blood for 13~17 hours. The additive added to the mixed solution contains 45~55 parts of phosphoric acid by weight, 95~105 parts of potassium salt by weight, 10~14 parts of copper by weight, and 10~14 parts of zinc by weight by 100 parts of nitrogen by weight.
