FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: in method of cement clinker production cement raw materials are previously heated in pre-heater (1), tempered in suspended condition by hot gases in tempering furnace (2), separated from gases in cyclone (2a), cement clinker is baked in furnace (3) and then cooled in cooler (4). Certain amount of baked raw material with high content of CaO is extracted via tempering stage (2) by means of additional separating cyclone (5a). Gases, which are exhausted from additional separating cyclone (5a) via a separate system (10), comprising fan (18), are cooled down to temperature of 850C by introduction of cement raw materials into gas flow. Installation is described for production of cement clinker. ^ EFFECT: more reliable control of material amount extracted by means of additional cyclone reduced risk of alkaline contamination. ^ 9 cl, 3 dwg |
