FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed windmill serves to convert kinetic energy of wind in electric power, irrespective of external airflow speed. Proposed windmill comprises main and auxiliary wind intakes with their housings resting upon bearing assembly that are mounted downwind with windvane arranged about vertical tube. The latter accommodates screen separator to separate water and snow from air mass. Right behind said separator installed are suction-delivery high-pressure pumps with air suction funnel at inlet to force airflow towards air turbine, turbine shaft being coupled with generator. Generator electric circuit is connected with separator motor and suction-delivery pumps connected to storage batteries used to start windmill. Vertical tube bottom part accommodates turbine air temperature and pressure pickups mounted via distributing box. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability, electric power production irrespective of wind speed and weather conditions. ^ 3 dwg |
