PURPOSE: An automatic restore system of an unmanned water level controller is provided to stably supply water by removing a reception problem due to electronic jamming. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver receives a transmission signal from a first pumping controller(210). The transceiver transmits an electronic jamming signal to a remote controller(110). The controller compares a transmission signal received from the remote control. The controller detects a transmission signal and jamming signal. The controller transmits the electronic jamming to the remote control. The remote control comprises the transceiver and controller. The transceiver of the remote controller receives the electronic jamming signal. The controller of the remote control transmits an initial transmission signal to a second pumping controller(300).
