PURPOSE: A displacement measuring device used under high pressure and high temperature water environment and a displacement measurement monitoring system therefor are provided to perform a cycle fatigue test under high pressure and temperature by controlling a changed length of a gauge part. CONSTITUTION: A displacement measuring device used under high pressure and high temperature water environment includes a first and a second displacement sensors(3,4), and a first and a second edge supports(9,10). The first and the second displacement sensors are used for measuring test piece displacement. The fist and the second edge supports support two displacement sensors. The first and the second edges are arranged on a vertical direction.
