A method for forming conducting nanostructures, including counter-movement of current leads, one of which is sharp as a needle, up to emergence of an electrical contact between them, and after occurrence of the contact it is mechanically broken, and the electrolyte is introduced into the contact area, which contains ions of the same metal, which was used for manufacturing the current leads, 1-500 mA electric current is passed, the resistance of the system is recorded during self-oscillations and in the moment of a sharp drop of the system resistance the current is switched off, and the current leads are made by bending a dielectric substrate with a metal plate (foil) fixed thereon. |
