Method for control of quality of materials transparent in optical range of measurement includes registration of image by means of optoelectronic digital camera. Optical image is formed as grate and registration of image is carried out after radiation goes through sect-system that consists of sample of optical material and second grate identical to the first one, turned with respect to the first grate. First one registers image of standard sample and after that of sample under control. At that quality of sample is determined through comparison to standard.
