A method for prevention of large intestine ischemia at operation of aneurysms resection and abdominal aorta prosthetics wherein the operation of aorta aneurysm resection and implantation of aortal bifemoral artificial limb is carried out with imposing of distal anastomoses end-to-end, the blood flow is restored in turn unto the bottom extremities. After that the state of the sigmoid colon is estimeated and at presence or suspicion on the intestinal ischemia of the additional autovenous shunt is imposed to the direction of the hip deep artery and to the end of the terminal department of the external iliac artery.
