A system of fixing of bed-linen for gas- or liquid-filled matrasses comprises a fastening device of the "sticker" type. A more rigid plate of the "sticker" is arranged on the side surface of the matrass along the entire perimeter thereof with the plates of the "sticker" fixed along this surface, and less rigid plates of the "sticker" are arranged on elastic tape, which are fixed on the bed-linen.
