The present invention relates to new substituted 1,2,4-triazinediones of the formula (I) <IMAGE> A-D represents -N=CH- or <IMAGE> X represents O or S, Y represents O, S, CO, <IMAGE> R1 represents C1-4-halogenoalkyl, R2 represents hydrogen, halogen or C1-4-halogenoalkyl, R3 represents hydrogen or C1-4-alkyl, R4 represents hydrogen, halogen, halogenoalkyl or C1-4-alkyl, and R5 and R6 represent hydrogen, C1-4-alkyl, halogenoalkyl, aralkyl or alkinyl, to processes for their preparation, intermediates for carrying out the process and their use as antiprotozoal agents.
