发明名称 METHOD for gas-thermal coating application on the inner surfaces of the HOLES
摘要 The invention can be used in mechanical engineering for the strengthening innner surfaces of the holes in details. A method consists in treating the processed surface with jet of sprayed material particles formed with hot gas. The element with angled surface in the form of cone disposed inside the orifice on the same axis with it is placed before the burner for spraying particles. The hollow cone is used with the turbine located in its base, installed on the tube for supplying air by the means of the bearing part. The air is supplied into the the cavity of the cone for creation of the a pressure difference in place of contact the flow of combustion products from the burner with a flow of air from the turbine of the hollow cone. The jet of heated particles is directed to the cone, between the inner surface of the processed hole and the cone base the gap is set, in the process of coating application, the cone is rotated and together with the burner it is replaced along the treated surface. The cone is used with an apical angle of 60-70 °, made from the heat resistant material, characterized with low adhesion ability. The additional gas jet is supplied under the pressure concentrically to the jets of heated particles of the sprayed on material.
