A device for the steam treatment has steam outlet holes for producing a pulse of steam directed towards said surface and therein the steam outlet holes are located on one side of a steam head or steam outlet surface which can be inclined in particular relative the axis perpendicular to the vector of moving surface and parallel to the surface plane so that it can direct the steam pulse at an oblique angle relative to the surface. According to the second embodiment the device has steam outlet holes for producing a pulse of steam directed towards the surface. At that the steam outlet holes are located on one side of steam head so that the steam pulse can be directed at an oblique angle to the surface plane and between the web surface and the steam outlet holes a band screen is located, adjacent to the surface and moving synchronously with the surface; the steam pulse can interact with the web through the band screen. It is possible to use the device for preliminary steam treatment at producing the element of construction, in particular in the form of a plate containing wood particles, fibers, chips or cuttings and binding material, and especially wood fiber board, wood - particle board, MDF or HDF board. |
