PURPOSE: A sensor device is provided to reduce malfunction by outputting a malfunction check signal than a sense signal with the reduced sensor device in size by reducing the number of output terminals. CONSTITUTION: A sensor device includes a first and a second driving circuit parts(11A,11B), an angular detector(12A), and an acceleration scanning device(12B). The first and the second driving circuit part outputs a driving signal about a scanning device(12). A first detection circuit part(13A) is formed to extract a first response signal from the angular detector. A second detection circuit part(13B) is equipped to extract a second response signal from the angular detector.
