PURPOSE: A polyurethane foam using an environmentally blowing agent is provided to prevent global warming because carbon dioxide is not discharged, and to improve thermal conductivity, dimensional stability, and strength. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting a reagent with a resin mixture consisting of a polyol composition, foaming agent, surfactant and other additives. The polyol composition comprises a polyether-based polyol with an average functional group of 2~8 and an average OH value of 30~600 mgKOH/g by using 25~40 parts by weight of sorbitol base polyol with a functional group of 6 and hydroxyl value of 460~500, 30~40 parts by weight of polyol based on sucrose and glycerol with a functional group of 4.9 and hydroxyl value of 340~380, 20~30 parts by weight of polyol based on sucrose and glycerol with a functional group of 430~480, and 5~20 parts by weight of polyol based on glycerol with a functional group of 3 and hydroxyl value of 30~40.
