摘要 Single-input super-heterodyne correlation radiometer has twin waveguide tee-element to inputs of which antenna and antenna equivalent are connected, and to outputs inputs of two matching high frequency amplifiers are connected, at that to differential outputs of one of matching high frequency amplifiers inputs of signal switch are connected, connected in series synchronous detector and low frequency filter. Additional there are included, between outputs of twin waveguide tee-element and inputs of matching high frequency amplifiers two super-high frequency (SHF) mixers to one inputs of which signals from twin waveguide tee-element are applied, and to the other inputs, through additionally included two ferrite valves and binary power divider signal is applied from code-controlled SHF-heterodyne and second twin waveguide tee-element to inputs of which outputs of signal switch and second matching high frequency amplifier are connected, and to outputs – in each channel connected in series high frequency amplifiers and quadrator outputs of which through code-controlled filter that includes two controlled resistors, between those controlled capacitor is included, connected to inverting and non-inverting inputs of differential amplifier, respectively, with output connected to input of code-controlled selective low frequency amplifier and micro-computer with timing pulse generator is included as well, analog-digital transformer (ADT) and frequency divider, at that first digital output of micro-computer is connected to code-controlled input of SHF heterodyne, second digital output is connected to code-controlled filter, this includes two controlled resistors between which controlled capacitor is included, third digital output is connected to code-controlled input of selective low frequency amplifier, this is connected in sequence to output of synchronous detector, fourth digital output is connected to digital indicator, to analog input of ADT output of low frequency filter is connected, and differential output of ADT is connected to digital input of micro-computer, control signals of timing frequency from micro-computer through frequency divider are applied to signal switch and synchronous detector.
