An exhaust heat boiler for worn-out tires processing includes directed vertically body of working chamber closed at the ends by bottoms, under the lower bottom of that one lined furnace fuel with loading window for solid fuel is provided, and with tuyeres for air and gas fuel supply and at the side of the upper bottom loading hatch, unloading hatch in the side surface of working chamber for unloading solid residue from working chamber after tire processing provided in its lower section and branch pipe for vapor-gas mix in the upper part. Long pipes in the working chamber for heating it with one ends are connected to furnace chamber and with the other ends – to environment. Besides that, connection of long pipes with furnace changer is provided through side wall of working chamber and connection of those with the other ends to environment through its opposite side wall. |
