A generator of thermal energy consists of furnace, channel for removal of products of fuel burning, furnace door, door of ashpit, fire grate. The fire grate is arranged of pipes that are connected in layout “with passing motion” of air flow that is heated, this is fed by pipes for fuel burning. Ceiling of the furnace is arranged as two-layer one in such way that between the layers distribution chamber is arranged and the lower layer is made of perforated fire-proof bricks for uniform delivery of hot air from distribution chamber in area of fuel layer in the furnace. From the ashpit additional channel goes made of refractory material for removal of products of fuel combustion after its ignition. Furnace has universal form for burning any solid fuel and for removal of smoke from furnace at fuel ignition in the upper part of the furnace there is a pipe that is brought to coincidence with blast valve. |
