PURPOSE:To pile up materials in accordance with unevenness securely and prevent the quality of a product from deteriorating as a result of generation of voids by providing a foaming material impregnated with curing resin, constituted of a soft synthetic resin continuous foaming material impregnated with curing resin, and a reinforcing material on the outer surface of a fiber reinforced synthetic resin main body layer. CONSTITUTION:The gravity of synthetic resin continuous foaming material to be used is in the range of 0.02-0.04 of gravity, for instance, it is a soft urethane foaming material. As curing resin to be infiltrated, polyester resin is generally used. Curing resin is filled into through-holes at the time of compression, and part of the same is cured in the state of overflowing on the surface of a reinforcing material by using a sheet material with a number of fine through-holes as a reinforcing material. The same is firmly provided as if fixed with rivets. As for the curing means, a main body layer 1 constituted of curing resin impregnated foaming material 2 is provided on a proper base 7, on which a press machine 6 with a hydraulic cylinder 4 and a pressing plate 5 is set, and the curing impregnated foaming material 2 is compressed over the reinforcing material 3 by means of the compression force of the pressing machine 6 and cured. |
