摘要 |
PURPOSE:To attain highly reliable positioning by comparing data read out of data memory with the output signal of an absolute sensor on the basis of a group of previously programmed positioning points and their actualized order. CONSTITUTION:An absolute phase signal from a multiple-rotation absolute encoder 60 is inputted to a microprocessor through a sensor input part and compared with target position data read out of the data memory to output various control signals such as a stop signal, controlling positioning operation. This positioning controller drives a feed motor 52 by a driver 54 to move the moving body on a slide 58 through a ball screw 56. Said absolute phase signal is inputted to a control module C/M through a program module P/M to generate said control signal. The control signal inputted to a program controller 62 is sent out to said driver 54. |
