<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The tool i.e. drilling machine (1), has a cotter pin (48) moved with respect to a rotary clutch pinion (44) between a coupling position of the pinion with a drive motor (6) and a release position of the pinion. Another cotter pin (50) is moved with respect to the pinion between a coupling position of the pinion with a housing (2) and a release position of the pinion. The pins (48, 50) are in release and coupling positions, respectively when a clutch (36) is in a back configuration of a spindle (4). A flow reduction valve is in a partial closed position of a supply pipe of the motor. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a machining method for being implemented in a machining tool. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Machining tool i.e. pneumatic drilling machine, for drilling a bore in aircraft construction. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The machining tool can be operated at high rotation speed of 15000 revolutions per minute to drill the hard materials without any premature wear or breakage of the drive mechanism. The clutch is robust, simple and inexpensive, and has reduced encumbrance.
