PURPOSE: A signal transmission and reception method and a system thereof are provided to automatically detect a TFS ensemble which is newly added by updating a value according to a new TFS ensemble. CONSTITUTION: A front end(201) receives an RF signal including service data, a first pilot symbol, and a second pilot symbol. The front end approaches to an RF band having a second pilot symbol nearest to a time of requesting for a service. A synchronization portion(202) recompenses an RF signal of a computer by detecting synchronization information from a received RF signal of computer. A demodulator(203) demodulates the first pilot symbol, the second pilot symbol, and a data symbol. An equalizer(206) recompenses the distortion of the demodulated signal of computer. A parameter detection unit(205) detects a frame structure information from the second pilot symbol.
