PURPOSE: A hangover reducing composition using fermented persimmons is provided to offer beneficial effects to a body such as hangover cure, fatigue recovery etc by mixing persimmon extract, fermented persimmons liquid, liquid fructose, nature extraction powder, functional additives, etc. CONSTITUTION: A hangover reducing composition is manufactured by mixing persimmon extract 3~4 parts by weight, fermented persimmon liquid 8~10 parts by weight, high fructose corn syrup 9~10 parts by weight, natural extract powder 1~2 parts by weight, a functional additive 0.8 ~ 0.9 parts by weight, and flavor 0.07 ~ 0.08 parts by weight. The fermented persimmon liquid is manufactured by aging and fermenting the persimmons with fermenting enzyme. The fermenting enzyme is natural enzyme gained by aging and fermenting natural fruits, cereals, and seaweed for 4 years. The nature extraction powder is Hovenia dulcis fruit extract powder or green tea leaf powder. The functional additives are L-asparagin, citric acid, vitamin C, taurine, or vitamin B.
