PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode member-collector electrode member laminate for a capacitor and a battery that have high heat-resistance and excellent handleability, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The electrode member-collector electrode member laminate includes an electrode member layer at least on one face of a collector electrode member layer and satisfies the following requirements. (a) The electrode member is made of a binder including an aramid resin and at least one component selected from the group of a metal, a metal derivative, a halogen derivative, a conductive polymer, carbon, a carbon derivative, an oxygen derivative, and a sulfur derivative. (b) The electrode member layer and the collector electrode member layer are bonded and integrated by the binder including an aramid resin.
