<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for stably cooling various heating devices with high efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pure water is supplied to an evaporation chamber 11 from a pure water pipe 5, and evaporated on a surface of a titanium dioxide film 12. Here, evaporative latent heat is taken from a heat transferring section 10 to cool a heating component 9. The evaporated water vapor is sucked and exhausted through a vacuum pipe 7. As energy requirement is only the energy for sucking the water vapor and the energy for manufacturing the pure water, the cooling of high efficiency can be performed with small energy.
