PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner manufacturing device which can obtain stable toner even in the case of start/stop thereof is repeated. SOLUTION: The device comprises: a carrying means carrying raw materials to a raw material feeding means; the raw material feeding means for feeding the raw materials into a heat treating apparatus. The heat treating apparatus comprises a hot air feeding means feeding hot air for heat-treating the fed raw materials. The hot air feeding means is annularly provided at a position at intervals to the adjacent or horizontal direction of the outer circumferential face of the raw material feeding means. The raw material feeding means is composed in such a manner that the raw materials exhausted from the outlet of the raw material feeding means are exhausted toward the hot air fed from the hot air feeding means. The carrying means comprises: a first compressed gas feeding means continuously introducing compressed gas; and a second compressed gas feeding means intermittently introducing compressed gas.
