NEW OLIGONUCLEOTIDE DERIVATIVE AND NF-kappaB DECOY COMPOSED OF THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oligonucleotide derivative which has a higher bonding affinity with an NF-κB than the known NF-κB decoys, when used as an NF-κB decoy, an NF-κB decoy composed of the derivative and a drug containing the derivative as an effective ingredient.

SOLUTION: A hairpin type double-stranded oligonucleotide in which an oligonucleotide having a specific base sequence and its complementary chain are bonded with a specific linker exhibits a higher NF-κB bonding affinity than the known NF-κB decoys.
