摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize transformer coil composition for improvement in transmission efficiency and reduction in loss, and furthermore stabilization of magnetic property. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer substrate transformer is constituted such that a plurality of substrates 10 equipped with a coil pattern on the surface are laminated and integrated via an insulating layer (prepreg) 12 put in between, and a selective connection between coil patterns located up and down is carried out so as to form winding by the side of excitation and winding by the side of power reception. The substrate respectively arranges a coil pattern on the side of excitation on one side and a coil pattern on the side of the power reception on the opposite side of a coil pattern by the side of power reception on one side so that the coil pattern on the side of excitation and the coil pattern on the side of the power reception are located alternately and become symmetrical to a laminating center. Each of the coil pattern on the side of excitation formed in the substrate and the coil pattern on the side of power reception is made into one or less turn per layer, and preferably the coil pattern formed on the side of power reception rather than the coil pattern on the side of excitation is arranged on the front surface side of the multilayer substrate in the direction of lamination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
