<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a personal digital assistant prompting a user to utilize data communication by radio without forcing a user to perform complicated operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 100 includes: a wired communication control section 11 for inquiring whether data communication by radio can be performed to a car navigation system 200; and a processing control section 10 for notifying the user that the wireless data communication can be performed, in the case where the wired communication control section 11 receives from the car navigation system 200 a response indicating that the data communication by radio can be performed.
