The invention relates to a propeller device comprising a flow profile body that is associated with a propeller and a multiple eccentric cam arrangement that is functionally coupled to the flow profile body, said arrangement having two eccentric components that are intercoupled and counterrotate in relation to one another and being designed to convert a common, counterrotating movement of the eccentric components into an oscillating movement of the flow profile body along a motion path between two end positions and vice versa.
