The device (10) has a nozzle (26) leading into a discharge area (28), and a dosing unit (20) provided with a dosing valve with a filling material e.g. PTFE. A valve stem of the dosing unit is guided by forming a gap in a valve body of the dosing valve. The valve stem includes an opening e.g. rectangular running slot, borehole and oval opening, to discharge liquid into the gap, where the gap is limited by a compressible wall. The nozzle is formed as a pressure controlled nozzle that brings a reducing agent i.e. urea, in an aqueous solution and in the form of jets (32) into the discharge area.
