The carrier (5) has a side (1) serving for fitting a carrier to a place, at which an information is displayed, and another side (2) opposite to the former side, where information is visible by viewing the latter side, and the carrier carries information in a form of character and picture symbol detected with a naked eye. A structured surface layer (10) comprises a structured profile (15) at the latter side. A structured surface profile (15) is formed by a granular mineral or granular plastic coating. The surface is attached on a reinforcing layer made of PVC or aluminum.
