<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of leading to an increase in cost when an exclusive driving source is separately provided for having a fixed brush make a reciprocating movement in the axial direction of a photoreceptor other than the driving source for rotating the rotating brush in an image forming apparatus without a cleaner which carries out a charging process on transfer residual toner which remains on a photoreceptor by using the fixed brush and the rotating brush. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed brush is made to make a reciprocating movement in the axial direction of the photoreceptor by using the rotational force which is input from the rotating brush by providing a cam section on a shaft section of the rotating brush and providing an engaging section on a holder for holding the fixed brush for engaging with the cam section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
