摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glycerol kinase having high thermal stability in addition to high durability to preservatives, and to provide a method for measuring neutral fat with the enzyme. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the modified glycerol kinase having more improved thermal stability than that of a wild type glycerol kinase originated from a bacterium in genus Cellulomomas, and having an amino acid sequence having amino acids substituted at specific positions, a gene for the enzyme, a transformant having the same transduced therein, a neutral fat sensor using the enzyme, and a method for measuring a neutral fat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
