PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise pneumatic tire excellent in durability for suppressing a sound absorbing material not to generate cracks due to embrittlement even when it is used in cold climates such as several tens of degrees below zero. SOLUTION: In the low-noise pneumatic tire having a belt-like sound absorbing material made of a porous resin material mounted to a tire inner peripheral surface, a protective sheet made of a thermoplastic elastomer composition having an elastomer dispersed in the thermoplastic resin is disposed on the tire inner peripheral surface side of the sound absorbing material.
