<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily attach a device base for attaching a device body to a plate member to be installed, such as a ceiling plate material or a wall surface plate material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The storage part 3D of the device base 3 includes an annular flange part 3A, disposed on the outer side of the ceiling plate material S and a storage part 3D, connected to the inner peripheral edge side of the flange part 3A and extended to the inner side, passing through a through-hole S. For the upper-surface wall part 3C of the storage part 3D, two screw rod members 32 passing through from the outer side to the inner side of the ceiling plate material S are provided, and one end part of the horizontal plate part 31A of an attaching member 31 is screwed to the screw part of the screw rod member 32. To the other end part of the horizontal plate part 31A, a vertical columnar part 31B, extending in parallel with a side-face wall part 3B to the side of the flange part 3A is connected. By clamping the ceiling plate material S, between the flange part 3A of the device base 3 and the lower end of the vertical column part 31B of the attaching member 31, the device base 3 is attached to the ceiling plate material S.
