<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a parasitic capacitance increases and a load when performing operation becomes greater if a terminal for inspection is further connected to a signal line for connecting a circuit and a connection terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The circuit device includes a circuit (2) which is disposed on a substrate (8), the connection terminal (4) which is disposed in a position apart from the circuit of the substrate, and relays the input or output signal of the circuit, a signal line (3) which connects the circuit and the connection terminal, a plurality of terminals (6) for inspection disposed at the substrate separately from the connection terminal, and branch wiring (31) which branches from the signal line, and is connected to each one of the plurality of the terminals for inspection.
