<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact optical fiber splicing device demonstrating superior working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber splicing device 10 includes: a pull-in part 21 into which an optical fiber 20 is pulled from outside; a splitting part which splits the optical fiber 20 pulled into the pull-in part 21 into a plurality of split optical fibers; a plurality of splicing part units 12 in which a plurality of splicing parts 30 to be spliced with the respective splicing optical fibers are arranged in a line; and a shaft 13 which turnably supports the respective splicing part units 12 in forward and reverse directions along the arranged direction of the splicing parts 30 of the splicing part unit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
