<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of reducing a cost and a mounting area, and securing reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement device 1 includes a sensor 10 for measuring a physical amount (voltage for example), and a control part 20 for performing control or other operations of the sensor 10 according to a predetermined program. The control part 20 includes: a flash ROM 24 equipped with a program storage region in which data can be written in 1-bit units and erased in sector units including a plurality of bits and the program is stored, and a data storage region for storing the data used in measurement in the sensor 10; and a CPU 23 for writing new data to update in an unused region in the data storage region without erasing the updated data when the data stored in the data storage region of the flash ROM 24 is to be updated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
