<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a high quality feeling which has a window through which contents of the bag can be recognized. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag is formed of a composite sheet including a base material film layer and a foamed polyolefin resin film layer. The packaging bag has a portion in which the foamed polyolefin resin layer is partially re-melted and the degree of cloudiness is consequently decreased.
