PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device that can improve the arrival rate of packet to destination. SOLUTION: Radio devices 1-6 generate single packets PKT1(1)-PKT6(1) with a sequence number of Seq=1 respectively in a period T1 and broadcast them. Then the radio devices 1-6 generates a coupled packet of a coding packet that the packets PKT1(1)-PKT6(1) with a sequence number of Seq=1 are network-coded and a single packet with a sequence number of Seq=2, and broadcast them in a period T2. Furthermore, the radio devices 1-6 generate a coupled packet of a coding packet that packets PKT1(2)-PKT6(2) with a sequence number of Seq=2 are network-coded and a single packet with a sequence number of Seq=3, and broadcast them in a period T3.
